I'm an international growth executive turned independent consultant and advisor. For more than 25 years I've led commercial teams through high-growth transformations for private equity-backed technology and media companies — contributing to four successful exits that created over $1.5 billion in shareholder value. Today, I help B2B companies turn buyer intent into pipeline, and selectively partner with leadership teams as a strategic advisor.

A career built on commercial transformation

My career began at Central European Media Enterprises (CME) in 1993, joining as the company's third employee following an NYU MBA grant to study the privatization of television broadcasting in Eastern Europe. CME IPO'd on NASDAQ in 1996 and reached a $3 billion valuation. From there, I led the turnaround of the international division at Vyvx Media (acquired by CenturyLink), helped scale SDI Media 550% in under four years into the world's largest language localization provider (Warburg Pincus exit, 2007), and as VP Worldwide Sales for Masstech, rebuilt the commercial organization ahead of its sale to Telestream in 2021 — twelve months ahead of plan.

Across these ventures, I've worked through the full range of economic environments — high growth, financial crisis, and digital transformation upheaval — and in each case, my teams delivered the commercial results required to enable successful exits.

What I bring to the table

I'm particularly effective in commercial environments going through change — the kind of ambiguity that paralyzes many teams. I've sat in the buyer's seat through multiple cycles of platform shift, including the industry-wide move from CapEx to OpEx and SaaS pricing. That perspective shapes how I work today.

After two decades inside high-growth commercial organizations, I came to a clear conclusion: most B2B companies don't have a lead generation problem — they have a visibility problem. Clients range from global professional services firms to government-backed export programs supporting mid-market businesses.
